I have 3 off these water fountains, 1 the pump stopped working the first year, my second one all the paint is peeling off the bowls, the third I only used for a short period and have not experienced any issues yet. I have tried and tried to find a replacement pump and have not been able to find one. The fountains are very nice but not if the paint peels and the pumps cannot be replaced.

Really like this fountain. Bought it last year but lights never work. And paint in the bowls are peeling.

I went online for assembly instructions but they will not open. Why is the water not running through the bowls?

I purchased the fountain ( 4 tier cascading bowls) last year. When I first received the fountain, the lights did not work, and never worked. ( March 2023). The company sent a replacement pump, and the lights still did not work. I tried using the fountain this year, ( 2024) it worked for a few days without lights, and went out. Where can I buy a replacement pump? I really like the fountain look.

I purchased this fountain last summer and it worked well. However, this summer (2024), it stopped functioning. Despite cleaning the interior and placing it in direction sunlight, it still doesn’t work.
