We already have a medicine cabinet, but wanted to have nicer storage for items I stuffed in a black basket. Upon ordering, we got immediate confirmation, & the cabinet arrived before estimated date of delivery. You have to put it together, & all hardware & pieces were accounted for & well wrapped, except for the back panel, which just had a thin sheet of that foam type wrapping, resulting in a crack on the upper left side. I took photos, & immediately contacted Teamson customer service. Got an immediate reply, with a request to send additional photo from instruction guide to identify part number. Teamson responded immediately (when I say immediately, it is within a few hours same day) & arranged for a new back panel to be shipped out.
Even though we received a damaged part, I am giving 5-star review due to their outstanding customer service & the speed upon which we received the back panel. I would def recommend this cabinet as it is sturdy, & it holds all of the clutter I had in the basket. Due to adjustible shelves, I was also able to put a tall spray can in there too. Very pleased with our purchase. I took photos to show placement, but nowhere to put them on this review.
