Easy Returns and Exchanges
Returns are Easy!
Teamson will accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. For faster returns, better return tracking, and more information on our return policy, please read the below information:
Online orders returned my mail:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip and mark the reason for the return. Returns without packing slips will not be able to be processed and will be returned.
2. Send the item in its original packaging.
3. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.
4. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. Teamson is not responsible for items lost during shipping.
5. Affix the pre-addressed return label below to the package front
6. A pre-paid label has been provided for your convenience. If you decide to use the pre-paid return label, $15 will be deducted from the amount refunded to you if there is no replacement.

Refunds
Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the product, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your return/exchange package, two transactions will take place:

We will process a refund for your returned item(s) in the original form of payment.

A new order will be placed for the new item(s) you have requested (subject to availability). Your credit card will be billed once these new item(s) are shipped. At this time you may be contacted to provide verification or to update your billing information.
Exchange Availability
All exchange requests are subject to availability. By the time your exchange request is received, there is a possibility that the item(s) you requested in exchange may no longer be available. If the item(s) you have requested in exchange for your return are no longer available at the time of processing, a refund will be issued for the returned item(s), and you will be notified via email.
Rush Exchanges
To ensure that you receive your exchange item before it is sold out, we offer the option for a Rush Exchange. Rush exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

Your credit card will be charged for the new item(s) and we will process your refund once we have received your return package.
To complete your rush exchange, please follow our standard return procedure, and be sure to send the Packing Slip when sending in the items that you wish to exchange.
